Thanks to their research and industrial capabilities, sprockets main values, as profile, height and thickness, have been defined by introducing, yet still respecting the standards, those variable features that enhance the very high level quality of World Pro Kit.
Even if Chiaravalli sprockets can be used with other chains brand, and RK chains with other sprockets brand, their single performance still remains very high.

A specific care is also devoted to selection of materials, which is always focused to the kit use, such as type of motorcycle for the application.
Front sprockets are always in steel 16CrNi4, while rear sprockets are in carbon steel, with induction hardened teeth, in 7075T6 alloy and 7075T6 hard anodising.

The new Cross Racing Kits and Enduro Racing Kits with RK chain and CHT Chiaravalli sprockets come to the market as the ideal solution for cross and enduro rear drive systems with homogeneous quality among their components, perfectly interchangeable with the stock components and with a huge variety of sprockets ratio options.
The CHT Chiaravalli front sprocket is made by chromoly steel 16CrNi4 and the CHT Chiaravalli rear sprocket is made by 7075T6 alloy silver anodised and grooved for mud and sand release.
The RK chain for the Cross Racing Kits is the new RK520MXZ4.
The RK chain for the Enduro Racing Kits is the RK520KZU with Ultra-rings for bikes up to 250cc and the RK520EXW with Xw-rings for bikes over 250cc.
The Cross Racing Kits and Enduro Racing Kits are available for all the MX and EN bikes from 1998. Front and the rear sprockets number of teeth will be according with the customer order, and the chain length will be of 120 links allowing the rider to cut the chain according to the need .
