(MXZ4)
The new GB52OMXZ4 is the lightest and most performing non o-ring chain for off-road use, in the range up to 450cc.
This result has been achieved thanks to new components design and to the use of ultimate steel chemical formulation.
In particular the outer links, GOLD coloured, have a lightened profile and a thickness of 1,80 mm (inner).
Although an extremely reduced weight (with only 1,632 Kg per 120 links is 10% lower than the best competitor’s chain), GB520MXZ4 guarantees an average braking load of 31.400N !!! fully aligned with other products of higher weight.

ULTRA RING
The exclusive “U” type flat section sealing rings guarantee a long life yet with limited overall dimensions of these non o-ring chains.
Light weight (only 1,44 Kg for the KZU and TRU of 100 links).
520KZU for moto-cross, enduro and super-motard bikes up to 250cc. 520TRU for racing bikes up to 250cc.

O-RING (420SO and 428SO)
RK offers the best O-ring chains in the industry. All RK O-ring chains are constructed of hi-carbon alloy steel for strength and durability. RK utilizes Nitrile Butadiene O-rings to seal in lubrication and deliver smooth power with no O-ring drag or loss of horsepower.

EXW SERIES (GB520EXW, 520EXW XW-Ring)

As part of their continuing quality improvement program, the RK Chain Factory has made a running production upgrade to their best selling 520XSO chain. The new upgrade GBXSO and non-gold XSO chains features RK’s proprietary “RX-Ring” seal design and is offered in 520, 525 & 530. All versions are available in either gold/gold or standard steel color. Viewed in cross-section, the RK “RX-Ring” has two lubrication pools and seal points versus the single seal point/pool design of a regular o-ring chain. RK’s new GBXSO chains offer quality, performance and unbeatable value, for all but the most demanding high performance application.
